The Executive Advisory Board is the governing board of In Life Skills for YOUTH, Inc. Its main objectives is to ensure that programs, services, and administration are in support of the organization's mission and vision.

Board members reflect the diversity of the population it serves.  Men and women of various ages, ethnicities, educational backgrounds, professions, abilities, and experiences have committed themselves to represent In Time of Need, Inc.'s values throughout their communities.
